Celebrate administrative professionals with this campus community luncheon on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm in the New York Room, Cooper Hall.
The menu includes: fresh tossed salads, cedar planked salmon, stuffed chicken breast with four cheese and vegetable ragout, potato medley roasted in herbed garlic oil, spring vegetable toss, and for dessert, chocolate mousse, carrot cake, and banana bread pudding.
