Begin by contacting a Garnishes Event Planner to reserve space for your event at least 20 days in advance. Earlier reservations will assist in obtaining the date and room of your choice. Discuss all details of your event, including the menu, with a Garnishes Event Planner.
Event details need to be finalized at least 7 days prior to the event. A Special Events Contract signed by the person requesting the services will confirm the event. All campus groups who require a purchase order must present it when signing the contract.
Room and Table Set Up
The atmosphere, as well as the meal itself, can make or break an event. Discuss your ideas with a Garnishes Event Planner so we can help you portray the desired theme. The following rooms are available depending on the size of your group.

New York Room in Cooper Hall accommodates banquet seating for 200 and receptions up to 400.

Presidential Dining Room in Cooper Hall accommodates banquet seating for 40 and receptions up to 75.

Ballroom in the Seymour College Union will seat 475 people banquet style, 800 reception style.
Guarantee
The guarantee count is the minimum number of people for which there will be a charge regardless of the attendance. This number should be submitted no less than five working days prior to the event.
Pick-up & Delivery
Delivery fees are charges for transportation of food and/or supplies from our premises to a requested location. These fees vary based on event requirements. A minimum order of $25 is required for all deliveries. There is no minimum charge for pickups.

Brockport Auxiliary Service Corporation (BASC) is the sole provider of food and beverage at The College at Brockport. Please contact Garnishes if you are interested in obtaining a Food Waiver. This policy helps ensure safe food handling practices and protects the public. |
