Garnishes catering is one of the many services provided to the campus by Brockport Auxiliary Service Corporation. We are committed to providing a positive experience each and every time we interact with the campus community. While our primary purpose is to serve the College, our services are also available to the greater Brockport community.
Meet Our Staff
Catering Manager Dave Hillman
Dave Hillman has 25 years of progressive foodservice experience, including 20 years at RIT where he advanced from Catering Manager to Assistant Director of Dining Services. Dave’s vast experience includes planning and executing events for high profile receptions for up to 1,500 guests and overseeing a staff of 100. He will work with you to deliver the high quality special events that you expect – from planning through execution.
Assistant Catering Manager Kimberly Musselman
Kimberly Musselman has years of foodservice experience, including being the VP of a meal preparation company located in both Buffalo and Rochester. She has a passion for event planning and is excited to work with you at your next special event.
Catering Supervisor Rachael Recino
Rachael Recino has over 10 years of foodservice experience and is excited to be at Brockport in a college environment. She enjoys her involvement in special events and strives to meet all of your needs, whether it be refreshments for your next meeting or a high quality special event.
Chef Sean Foley
Two-time medalist in the American Culinary Federation Annual Competition, Chef Sean Foley is a skilled culinary professional with a passion for creating full-flavored menus that look as amazing as they taste. The menu selections listed on our Web site are intended to give you some ideas of options. However, Chef Sean is happy to work with you to create a customized menu for your special event.
