Chef Attended Stations

Add some flair to your event with a chef attended station! Chef attended stations are priced per person (20 person minimum with food orders of $250 or more)

Turkey or Beef Carving Stations
$10 Turkey / $13 Beef

Choose from carved to order breast of turkey or tenderloin of beef on artisan rolls, served with dipping sauces

Chocolate Fountain
$10 per person (minimum of 50 people)

Cascading chocolate with a selection of dipping items including strawberries and other seasonal fruit, cookies, pretzels, marshmallows, and cakes, served with fresh coffee and tea

Fancy Assorted Canapes

All canapés are priced per dozen (3 dozen minimum). May choose one selection per 3 dozen. Add shrimp cocktail $24.

Tier 1

Choose tortilla pinwheels with assorted fillings, tomato bruschetta, filo cups with roasted vegetables, or filo cups with gorgonzola and macerated fruit

Tier 2

Choose mini pastry shells with southwestern chicken salad, sandwich bites on pate a choux to include turkey and sun-dried tomato, roast beef with cheddar, or spinach with artichoke and fresh herbs

Choose steak and blue bites with spinach and gorgonzola cheese with whole grain honey mustard or smoked salmon on toasted baguette with cream cheese
